Principles
MIBRAR®’s interventional methods for treating joints and the spine in Germany are based on the principle of minimal damage to healthy tissue.
The Principle of Minimal Damage
The principles of the MIBRAR® method are already reflected in its name: Micro-Invasive Biological Regenerative Autologous Reconstruction.
The interventional treatment methods of the MIBRAR® system are based on the principle of minimal injury to healthy tissue — both when creating surgical access points and throughout the entire procedure — so that the cells and factors involved in regeneration are absorbed by the tissue as effectively as possible.

No incision, just a puncture!
The MIBRAR® method is based on the principle of injuring healthy tissue only minimally, so that the cells and factors serving regeneration are optimally absorbed by the target tissue. As a result, only minimal injuries occur when creating surgical access points and throughout the procedure.
Micro-perforations in the target tissue!
To enhance the desired effect, a special technique is used to deliberately induce acute micro-injuries in the target tissue, artificially triggering the natural reaction of mesenchymal stem cells and concentrating their effectiveness on that specific site.
Transplantation of the autologous regenerative concentrate
The material used for transplantation is autologous plasma enriched with growth factors, pro-inflammatory factors, and mesenchymal stem cells from venous blood, together with a lipogenic separate with a particularly high concentration of stem cells from subcutaneous fatty tissue, obtained immediately before the procedure. The material is implanted under pressure directly into the affected area.
