Philosophy
The philosophy of the MIBRAR® system in Germany is a combination of micro-invasive surgical technique without incisions or anesthesia and stimulation of the body’s natural tissue regeneration.
The MIBRAR® Philosophy
The philosophy of MIBRAR® lies in the effort to resolve pathologies of the body naturally, in a tissue-preserving way and without artificial means: conventional methods that use artificial body replacement parts or synthetic agents are replaced by the possibilities of natural, regenerative bodily processes.
The complications and negative consequences of many conventional methods — through major surgical injury, artificial body replacement parts, or various synthetic agents — shorten the lifespan of individual body structures as well as the body as a whole, destroying their function and quality of life.
“Artificial replacement is not a cure”
The restoration of the body’s own naturally existing processes receives very little consideration and application in therapy in modern medicine today.
The use of artificial replacement — through prostheses or medication — has increased immensely. The natural biological processes described above have received little attention and have been far too rarely researched and applied as a method of healing. The infinity of nature means infinite discoveries and infinite potential that can serve healing. Despite such a clear and visible reality, medicine has a tendency to replace what already exists with an artificial creation.
The goal of MIBRAR® is to create the conditions to keep the human body in its natural state for as long as possible, so that the functional capacity of individual body structures as well as the body as a whole can be extended with maximum quality of life.
